Every day at lunch (11-2) we fill our case with new creations for quick and tasty pit stops: Hot slices can include our classic cheese, specialty pies, and our Double Tall Sicilian with fresh basil. We throw together some gourmet-ish flatbreads (we call Crevé) and calzones with whatever we can think to stuff in there. Something new every day.

Tarte Flambée with a twist
Our latest masterpiece features a bastardized fromage blanc topped with lots of applewood smoked bacon and tangy-sweet carmelized onions.
Chicago Dog Pizza
As ridiculous as Chicago’s 1985 Super Bowl Shuffle, this combo features all-beef hot dogs, yellow mustard, tomatoes, relish, onions, big dill pickle spears, pickled hot peppers and a dusting of celery salt on a poppy seed bun (crust). You've never had a pizza like it. And it's so, so good.
Our Daily Bread
Freshly baked bread with some good butter—there is really not much better in this world. And picking up a freshy every day for lunch or for home is a simple pleasure we've always wanted to create. So, although we're no fancy bakery with humidity-controlled ovens and all that jazz, we're making some fantastic, deeply-flavorful traditional mini loaves every day and loving it.
